Shinohara opened its first store in Japan in 2017 and is now popular among locals and tourists in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia. As an authentic Japanese bento-yaki maker, Shinohara has gained recognition for its unique bento-yaki. Throughout the years since we opened, we are grateful to all the customers who have visited us and spread our business. We are going on a journey to become a world-famous bento-yaki stand, to share our taste with both existing communities and those who have never tried it.
